Ryan grew up on the west coast, attended business school in Virginia, and now is loving life in Indy with his native-Hoosier wife, Lindsey, and lovable black lab named Judd. Before becoming a real estate broker, he worked in business management and logistics, so Ryan has a passion for the details and numbers when it comes to real estate.
From expert negotiation strategy to connecting clients to his network of screened, fairly priced contractors, Ryan loves helping his buyer and seller clients get the best value for their hard-earned money. Having closed over 80 transactions in the past four years, Ryan uses his knowledge and experience of the greater Indianapolis real estate market to serve his valued clients, from first-time buyers to experienced.
Ryan and his wife Lindsey are passionate about the city of Indianapolis, all things real estate, and their continued commitment to help people love where they live. Ryan also runs and operates a separate business, Intrigue Indy Property Management, offering his clients a uniquely robust analysis of their options when it comes to leasing their current home, or evaluating a property they are looking to rent out or hold as an investment.
